STAFF

Each member of our staff is appreciated for his or her unique talents. Our professional staff members are evaluated and hired according to the quality of their work, for their communication skills in representing the firm and for their ability to think creatively and critically. The Lose management style is based on senior staff setting examples and providing leadership and training that incrementally empowers the staff member, promoting growth at individual paces.

The firm's management is comprised of four principals: Chris Camp, ASLA, President and Vice Presidents Lee Davidson, RLS, Whit Alexander, ASLA, and Mike Wrye, P.E. The principals oversee our six divisions: Landscape Architecture (Park Planning and Land Planning), Civil Engineering, Architecture, Georgia Operations, Administration and Graphic Design. The divisions are then divided into teams that work together under a project manager.

Lose leaders are involved in the industry. The two principals hold national offices in the National Recreation and Park Association. All staff members are encouraged to be involved in their discipline organizations.

Lose & Associates had a broad benefits package that offers excellent health and dental care through Blue Cross/Blue Shield, a 401(k) retirement plan plus profit sharing, and long-term disability and employee life insurance. We keep abreast of software upgrades on a regular basis so that employees have the most effective tools, and we provide continuing education seminars for professional development frequently. Additional information may be obtained by contacting our Human Resources Coordinator, Marla Simmons, at msimmons@loseassoc.com.

We do not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, or promoting employees with regard to race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, or any physical or mental disability.

Personnel actions such as compensation, educational reimbursement, benefits programs, social and/or recreational activities are always based solely on work performance and company needs, and are administered without discrimination.
